Hell classes and heaven classes.

Hell classes run hot and hard. The music is up and nobody is talking by the second set. Heaven classes slow everything down, with long holds and a whole room breathing out together.

Classes

Take the class your day needs.

Four levels of intensity, from an easy hour to the hardest one on the schedule. Pick by how you feel when you wake up. If you've done reformer, you'll find muscles it never touched.

Heaven 1
Level 1 · Gentle
An easy hour of classical mat work with slow breathing and long stretches. Good after a long day, or for your first class.
A mermaid side stretch in blue light
Heaven 2
Level 2 · Steady
The full classical order at a steady pace, with longer holds. Enough to feel it tomorrow without wrecking your week.
A supine reach on a blue mat
Hell 3
Level 3 · Sculpt
Slow, heavy reps with small props and the music turned up. Your legs give up before your head does.
Side-lying leg lift in red light
Hell 4
Level 4 · Burn
Fast and core-first, with the hardest moves on the mat and very little rest. Bring a towel.

Workshops

Upside down, on purpose.

Handstand and inversion workshops on select Saturdays. You start at the wall and leave knowing how to come down without crashing.

BrieAnna teaches these. She spent her childhood upside down, and she'll spot you until you don't need it.

About

Every hour is planned like a practice.

Hell classes build to one hard set near the end, then let you go. Heaven classes start slow and stay slow, with time to feel where each move lands. Nothing is made up on the spot.

BrieAnna competed through USAG Level 9 and coached for years after. She hires teachers who cue the way good coaches do. Short, and usually about your hips.

Teachers

They'll catch it before you feel it.

The wobble in your plank. The shoulder creeping up toward your ear. We're choosing our teachers for how they coach.

FAQ

Before your first class

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. Any class works, and Heaven 1 is the easiest place to start. Your teacher will give you an easier option for every move, and nobody can see you struggle in that light anyway.

How dark is it, really?

Dark enough to stop thinking about how you look. Light enough to see your teacher and your mat. The walls are black and the only light is red or blue.

What should I bring?

Water and grip socks. We have the mats. Bring a towel for Hell.

Where do I park?
